The artist would like to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item for a full refund. Notify the artist by email of your intention return the artwork. You will be notified about your refund via email once the returned goods are received. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 – 14 days once the artwork has been returned. The buyer agrees to pay the shipping costs for the artwork’s return, or in the event of COD, the shipping charge will be deducted from the refund. Every care is taken to safely pack the artworks. However, in the event of damage during shipping, please return the goods to the artist for a replacement or a full refund including shipping. Only reliable shippers are used. Returns will only be accepted when shipped by UPS or FedEx. Please mark all returns as “Return of unwanted/damaged goods” to facilitate customs processing.
